Ingredients
- 1 kg of maize starch
- 6 units of eggs
- 500 grams of grated cheese of your choice
- 250 ml of water
- 250 ml oil, vegetable
- 150 ml of milk or milk of your choice
- 1 tbsp of salt refined
Instructions
- In a bowl, place the sour cassava starch, salt, and set aside.
- In a pan, boil the water and oil, when it boils, add the dry ingredients.
- Stir with a spoon as it will be very hot, add the cold milk to cool it faster and with your hands mix well until the mixture is homogeneous (it looks like bread dough)
- Add the eggs and finally the grated cheese of your choice.
- Make balls and put them in the freezer
- To bake in an air fryer at 180 degrees for 15 minutes after freezing or in the oven for 20-25 minutes in a preheated oven at 180 degrees.
Notes
This recipe is easy and looks wonderful. You can use any grated cheese of your choice or mix more than one type and it will be wonderful. It depends on the size of the balls, you can make smaller sizes that can yield 150 units.
